Payment

Payment follows the sales contract between the buyer and SGGD. Where no contract or payment clause applies:

1. Goods sold by SGGD are accompanied by a VAT invoice as required by law.
2. Cash payment is accepted for orders below VND 20 million. Orders of VND 20 million or more are paid by bank transfer.
3. Bank transfer is accepted for any order value. Account details are supplied directly by SGGD.
4. Payment timing—before, upon or after delivery—is subject to the parties’ agreement.

Shipping & delivery

1. Delivery time, location and transport costs are recorded in each purchase order.
2. SGGD contacts the buyer before delivery. Force-majeure events are notified in writing so a revised schedule can be agreed.
3. Goods may be delivered in one or several shipments by agreement.
4. The buyer checks quantity, quality and specification at the delivery vehicle and arranges unloading into its warehouse.
5. For sealed packages, a later discrepancy must be documented and independently confirmed, then reported to SGGD within seven days from the record date.

Quality claims, returns & refunds

1. A claim for an incorrect item or a product that does not meet the COA specification must be submitted within seven days of receipt.
2. If the parties cannot agree on quality, samples are tested by Vinacert, CASE, Intertek or another laboratory agreed in writing. The buyer pays testing costs when the lot meets the submitted COA; SGGD pays the testing and recall costs when it does not.
3. Replacement, return and refund arrangements are agreed for each case.
